All the Reps listed below (with the exception of Lindsey Olliver, who works for Unite full time) are easyJet cabin crew — including FAs, CMs, and Superusers. This means they have a strong understanding of the business, its policies, and its procedures.

Base Reps

Below is a list of all Unite Representatives at easyJet — your dedicated team of colleagues who are here to support and represent you.

Each of these Reps are fully qualified to:

Represent you in any formal meetings with management
Provide advice, guidance, and support on any workplace concerns
Negotiate with easyJet on your behalf around pay, holiday pay, working conditions, GDMT pay and conditions, and all other employment matters

Any additional responsibilities or special roles are listed next to their names.

Reps marked with “MH” are also trained Mental Health First Aiders.
